The Consumer Directed Benefits Association is a national organization of claims administrators, employee benefit consultants, dentists and health providers, provider organizations, and individuals interested in the promotion and growth of dollar-based, freedom of choice benefit plans through which the consumer exercises purchasing discretion. The Association's membership is comprised of the nation's leading authorities on Direct Reimbursement and Direct Assignment plans.  CDBA has been recognized for its depth of resources and success in implementing consumer-focused reimbursement based dental plans. Many members offer an array of consumer directed plan services including health reimbursement arrangements, flex spending accounts and health savings accounts.
